The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison - Team Lead, is a field-based, (US geography) non-sales position focused on directing and managing a team of 8 Thought Leader Liaisons (TLL) who work closely with U.S. Thought Leaders at Oncology Centers, Academic Institutions and leading community practices to help ensure that coordinated and collaborative cross-functional resources are available. We are seeking someone who will coordinate and strive for executive encounters with leadership, advocacy development, and liaising with both NSCLC and Skin cancer marketing teams. You will be a member of the Oncology field leadership team and will work closely with the cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy and tactical execution.

In this role, a typical day may include the following:
• Strategically assess and identify critical analytics information required to successfully achieve goals
• Contribute to defining the culture, structure and strategic direction of Regeneron's Oncology TLL Team
• Build a high-performance team, capable of ensuring coordinated and collaborative cross-functional resources
• Build a compliant environment which challenges, motivates and develops team members to reach optimum performance and potential
• Provide strategic customer insights to the NSCLC and Skin Marketing Leadership teams to assist in the development of the Oncology marketing strategies and tactics
• Collaborate with multiple matrix partners in developing and refining business plans to achieve brand objectives
• Develop appropriate budget allocations
• Build and cultivate collaboration with commercialization partner, Sanofi Genzyme

To qualify you should possess the following:

Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or other advanced education/certification a plus. Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with a minimum of seven years of work experience in one or more of the following: field sales, product marketing, or medical / clinical experience including three years of management experience in the Oncology market or a similar subcutaneous, self-injectable biologic specialty market. Launch experience preferred. You are a proven leader along with strong project management experience, including superior analytical and planning skills. 50% - 80% travel likely. Must hold a valid drivers' license.
