Job Description

This position is a responsible for performance of mRNA vaccine and adjuvanted protein vaccine formulation and characterization, to support vaccine discovery and development.

  • Develop the lyophilization formulation and other dry formulation for mRNA vaccines.
  • Develop mRNA vaccine formulation process, biophysical characterization and functional assays to support vaccine formulation development.
  • Write experimental protocols and prepare internal reports. Maintain lab notebooks.
  • Maintain functional laboratory equipment and follow HSE regulation.

  • BS degree with 5+ years experience, MS with 3+ years experience or PhD
  • Experience with lyophilization for lipid nanoparticle formulation or other biologics is required.
  • Experience with lipid nanoparticle formulation or other biologics formulation is required.
  • Experience with nanoparticle characterization eg. DLS, MALS, DSC and HPLC is required.
  • Experience with cell-based assay is preferred.
  • T he ability to generate accurate and reproducible results along with multi-tasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Ability to work in teams and written/oral communication skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English language).
