Summary: Provides support for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with a focus on interview coordination and candidate experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Partners with TA Specialists and Early Careers Manager to schedule a high volume of candidate interviews.
• Provides administrative support for the talent acquisition team including: ordering office supplies, coordinating team meetings and events, preparing interview folders, etc.
• Prepares for onsite interviews by booking appropriate conference rooms.
• Communicates any interview changes to the candidate, TA Specialists and interview team.
• Updates status of candidates in the applicant tracking system.
• Processes reimbursements in travel system for candidates who submit expenses and works with travel vendor as necessary.
• Ensures all data entry and candidate communication is compliant and effective
• Continuously drives to improve processes for improved performance.
• Additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:
• Requires Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
