The Senior Director, Marketing, Global Oncology will be responsible for leading strategic, global aspects of the program for Libtayo.Responsibilities:
  • Inform program direction and prioritization for Libtayo in terms of indications, combinations with other programs, geographic markets, and lifecycle management opportunities including country business case assessment working with the Executive Directors of Marketing, Strategic Program Team, Pricing & Market Access, and alliance partners.
  • Lead planning, implementation, and tracking for global activities for Libtayo including annual global budget and global FTE planning in collaboration with REGN finance and alliance partners to ensure optimal investments and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to ensure appropriately aligned strategic objectives that advise decisions on evidence generation for Libtayo across all indications that ultimately advise guidelines, provider treatment decisions, driven positioning, and value proposition for payers.
  • Coordinate with Pricing & Market Access, Clinical, and Medical Affairs colleagues at both REGN and alliance partner to optimize ex-US reimbursement decisions.
  • Represent global commercial with key partner committees and management.
  • Successfully and effectively handle Alliance strategic partnership collaborations. Ensure Regeneron's perspective and interests are represented.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors' Degree Required, Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of strategic leadership experience including ideally global marketing, P&L ownership, oversight of broad commercial functions including sales, marketing, market access, and commercial operations, training, and sales force effectiveness;
  • Consistent track record of launching new therapeutics in Oncology space
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing commercial strategies
  • Experience contributing to medical strategy for new indications;
  • Outstanding knowledge of the pharmaceutical specialty market and landscape.
  • Proven experience driving significant results in a high-performance, rapid-growth innovative enterprise.
  • A proven record of achieving short and long-term objectives and results through the implementation of highly-collaborative, cross-functional teams and infrastructure.
  • Strong experience running collaboration, alliances, co-marketing; with significant aptitude for leading inter-company relationships.
  • Ability to respond optimally to market trends, e.g. Access and Pricing.
