Regeneron's Talent Development department is looking for a hardworking student to join their team this summer.
During this internship the student will help coordinate, review, and debrief the annual Great Places to Work survey. They will support the design and implementation of business-unit specific on-boarding programs and our global on-boarding platform called GetConnected. The student will also provide support with ad hoc and quarterly engagement pulses.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have completed your Bachelors and be pursuing your Master's or PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related. Preferred skills in statistical analysis software (R, SPSS, SAS) and Microsoft Suite (especially Excel).
