The Strategy and Business Operations (SBO) team within the Corporate Operations group is responsible for developing and monitoring the forward-looking strategy for Corporate Operations as well as maintaining a suite of core business operations assets that collectively serve as a foundation for achieving high performance as an organization.

The SBO team, reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, serves as an internal strategy consulting arm for the group.
