Responsibilities may cover below depending on the needs of the Patient Engagement (PE) Team:

  • Collaborate on several PE projects/timelines under the guidance of
    Managers
  • Use software programs such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, to create graphs, charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • May perform miscellaneous administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, proof-reading documents, assembling binders and collating slide decks
  • Gather data using internet searches (PubMed, ClinTrials.gov, etc.).
  • Conduct literature review on topics identified by Managers
  • Under Manager's direction, create draft reports, documents, presentations and templates using raw data.
  • Develop PE Workshops/Summits slide decks summarizing PE Medical Affairs projects, strategy, destination framework
  • Analyse and prepare summary report on content of key PE international conferences
  • Maintain documents on Med Affairs SharePoint site
    Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a life sciences-related degree.
  • Must at minimum have completed a first year University program, 2 years preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills (including ability to network)
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent time management ability and organizational skills, including the management of multiple priorities and resources
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook) is required
  • Must be willing to comply with all regulatory/compliance policies.
  • Interest in Pharma industry
  • Able to work both independently and cross-functionally with multiple Managers
