Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative leader to join us as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain for our new, custom Salesforce Platform that we are creating and will report up to the Associate Director of Supply Chain. Partnering closely with IT, the Business Process Outsourcing team, and various business functions, the Senior Manager will develop and prioritize improvements and enhancements for custom application built on the Salesforce Platform (enterprise Paas) focused on cell therapy Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody. Further, the Incumbent is responsible for management of Salesforce custom application related project scope, priorities, and deliverables while writing test plans, conducting quality assurance (QA) testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).

Responsibilities of the Senior Manager of Supply Chain - Salesforce include:
  • Perform impact assessment on new or changing capabilities, including impact to GxP, SOPs, Work Instructions, Training, SOX, and Data Integrity
  • Act as the business lead for future Salesforce custom application implementations and expansions
  • Work with the functional groups to develop and present business cases for new capabilities
  • Manage CAPAs and change controls as needed
  • Coordinate the testing of changes and enhancements with the functional groups to ensure successful delivery of changes


Requirements:

PhD

OR

MA / MS degree with 6+ years of Supply Chain and/or Business Information Systems and/or cGMP manufacturing domain experience

OR

BS / BA degree with 8+ years of the aforementioned experience

OR

High School degree with 12+ years of the aforementioned experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven ability in authoring technical documents and business processes
  • 8+ years of experience in an operations role in the life sciences and/or medical devices industry
  • Experience in the Salesforce Platform solution and cloud computing
  • Experience in ERP systems including implementation and SDLC, ideally GxP experience in biopharmaceutical environment - Oracle EBS preferred
  • Strong understanding of E2E logistics, manufacturing, and system processes (PTM)
  • Collaborative meeting skills and ability to work in a virtual work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and responsibility for meeting deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings
