As a thought partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will help refine and implement the employee experience strategy — from the moment someone first interacts with our team, through to onboarding, development, promotion and living our cultural values. You'll also play a key role in defining our future of work and bringing it to life across our global company, throughout all our employee touchpoints.

You are a values-driven leader who has experience with organizational development or employee experience and can help us take our culture and workplace environment to the next level. You will lead key efforts at the heart of our culture, and scale that impact across the entire company. This includes workplace experience and flexibility, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, employee engagement, and serving as a connector point for all HR disciplines as they effect employee experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Establish and own employee experience strategic priorities and objectives aligned to our corporate strategy and values, with the goal of elevating employee experience across the full lifecycle while optimizing key performance and value indicators of satisfaction, productivity, retention, acquisition, and development
  • Serve as the employee journeys lead and bring together cross-functional working teams to improve all dimensions of the employee lifecycle to improve core KPIs
  • Lead environment scans or listening sessions for employees to gather candid and real-time feedback regarding the employee experience, employee engagement and inclusion
  • Understand/define/refine employee segments and integrate segment-based action plans based on data-driven insights into behaviors and propensities
  • Serve as the "Voice of the Employee" thoughtfully engaging and, when appropriate, challenging leaders to maintain an "outside-in" perspective and mindset
  • Build compelling and insightful data-driven presentations to business partners, driving the employee experience priorities and agenda through a combination of data, examples, and storytelling
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on employee engagement
  • Integrate diversity, equity and inclusion strategies into all people processes—recruitment, retention, recognition, and development —and measure effectiveness
  • Develop policies, training programs and other resources to educate employees about diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices and behaviors
  • Serve as a "culture ambassador" that partners with leaders and people managers to use existing measures of engagement to assist leaders with interpreting results and developing succinct and effective actions plans to maintain and improve employee experience
  • Prepare, facilitate and/or engage in employee experience operating reviews to inform leadership; review shared priorities, progress and performance
  • Serve as a core member of the HR Senior Leadership Team

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS required
  • At least 12 years of HR experience in HR roles of increasing responsibility; including at least 5 years of experience managing people
  • Sophisticated analytical skills with the ability to evaluate human resources metrics and develop KPIs to monitor success of the employee experience journey
  • Strong track record of effectively influencing across multiple teams, senior leaders, organizations, and the enterprise including the ability to influence upward and lead others into "new" ways of doing things
  • Solid understanding and experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to translate sometimes ambiguous goals into operating plans and supporting initiatives
  • Demonstrated track record of being open minded in assessing solutions including taking ideas different from own seriously, accepting feedback well and not assuming a single best way
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively order competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of how projects fit within business objectives
  • Experience in a rapidly growing organization with responsibility for creating solutions and processes where none had existed previously

Fit with GBT culture:
