This rapidly growing biotech is currently expanding its viral vector process development capacity to enhance its novel platform technology. The company's Process Development team has a newly-established role for a self-driven process development thought-leader who has industry experience in viral vector process development, a strong interest in identifying and championing innovative approaches, and the ability and to contribute not only technical skills but also a strategic voice. Would work with top scientific and engineering talent from diverse disciplines and help drive pioneering science in a dynamic and mutually supportive work culture. You would collaborate closely with R&D, Analytics, QC, Manufacturing, and other teams to help optimize viral vector production
Qualifications
- Self-driven process development innovator..
- Industry experience in viral vector upstream process development including dealing with suspension issues.
- Proven expertise and strong interest in identifying and championing innovative approaches.
- Ability to contribute not only technical skills but also a strategic voice.
- Communication skills to work effectively with a spectrum of top scientific and engineering talent from diverse disciplines to help optimize viral vector production.
- Ability and desire to drive pioneering science in a dynamic and mutually supportive work culture.
