We are seeking a full-time Senior Manager for our Global Medical Multichannel Communications team. The preferred candidate will have strong pharma experience in campaign analytics, engagement planning, performance optimization, SEO/SEM, and third party media platforms. The individual will need to be able to convey complex analytics to senior leadership teams through concise visuals and presentations. The candidate should be able to leverage data and analytics to derive recommendations to optimize multichannel engagement in a global setting. In addition to advanced analytical abilities, the candidate should demonstrate excellent leadership and diplomatic skills, especially for coordination across regions and teams within the organization.

This individual should have advanced proficiency with digital audience quality (AdIQ), Rx impact, pathing analysis, voice of customer, user behavior, waterfall, and testing to improve the customer experience or content engagement. Experience and familiarity with major web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe or Google Analytics) is needed. The candidate should have a robust knowledge of site QA, tagging requirements, CX tools, and tag management tools. This role will require collaboration with the data enablement team to identify gaps in data capture strategy and implement enhancements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the power of insights, data, and analytics to drive innovation in a digital healthcare environment.

Responsibilities for this role will include:


> Lead all Medical campaign analytics outputs to leadership: presentation format, quality of analysis, recommendations, optimizations, and interactions with vendors

> Deliver clear, refined narratives and deliverables that convey the resulting insights and recommendations

> Translate leadership and management needs into actionable analysis and campaigns

> Develop and present digital customer engagement insights to optimize customer engagement and experience and provide any potential business process efficiencies

> Strong ability to link customer engagement insights to execution plans for technology improvements

> Analyze Audience Quality reports, Rx Impact analysis, front end media data (Impressions, cost) to inform optimization recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness


> Help develop and evolve current measurement capabilities to improve capture and feedback

> Support the development of campaign testing strategies and measurement plans in collaboration with Medical counterparts, including recommending which KPIs to report on

> Lead the development of Global and Regional dashboards using visual storytelling tools

> Leverage measurements and KPIs to improve multichannel communication and HCP engagement

> Utilize customer insights to guide content and message development as well as tactic and channel selection

> Realize tactical roadmap and achieve milestones to create comprehensive predictive analytics and robust measurement frameworks


> Liaise with internal teams to outline any gaps in the customer experience and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders on multichannel journey design (e.g. channel selection) based on strategic needs

> Work with the technology teams to ensure developed customer-facing technology offerings are in line with strategic business analytics needs


> Able to establish clear guidelines and standards for analytics vendor partners to ensure highest standard of delivery

> Versed in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with global digital analytics vendors

> Own the coordination of vendors across different regions to ensure streamlined efforts and coordination between digital medical multichannel communication projects


> 5+ years of digital marketing strategy, customer insights, or media analytics experience in the life sciences vertical

> Experience working digital measurement products to understand Audience Quality, Qualty Scores, Rx Impact, and Share of Voice measurements

> Experience with BI/Data visualization platforms (i.e.Tableau, PowerBI, Datorama) and/or digital experience analytics platforms (i.e. Deibel Insights, Tealeaf)

> Experience creating customer insights presentations and presenting to senior-level decision makers Experience managing SEO, SEM, and third party media platforms


> Self-directed and self-managed, with a strong sense of diplomacy

> Polished oral and written communication skills

> Proficiency in these digital marketing channels (Web, Search, Display, Programmatic)

> Proficiency in cross channel analysis (channel synergies, attribution, etc.)

> Solid understanding of life science industry data Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and tools to support storytelling required

> Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills including the ability to influence and manage stakeholders

> Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines

> Experience with web tagging tools such as Google Tag Manager

> Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst a plus
