- Under direction of manager establish training curriculum for each job code within Isotrain.
- Review training plans with manager annually and update as needed.
- Responsible for the annual review of all Basic Operating Procedures (BOP's) within the department to ensure accuracy of processes and adherence to guidelines. Review Policies and Procedures to maintain area compliance within AbbVie expectations.
- Update employee CV and Job Descriptions as directed by manager.
- Provide classroom training to employees when required.
- Write and execute UAT scripts when required for system updates. Responsible for developing materials and training department personnel in all related systems, policies, and procedures. This includes assessing department needs and providing management with feedback to improve employee performance.
- Issue employee training status reports to manager(s) per schedule.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent to ensure ability to read, write, and understand training and job aids written in English.
- Must have maintenance training experience
- Previous experience in Training and Development activities or equivalent experience
