The Vendor Maintenance Specialist will support the ongoing operations and enhanced vision of the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Team. This role will manage the integrity of the vendor master data for suppliers across all of Regeneron's entities. This position will process existing and new supplier approval workflows and maintain our vendor data daily. You'll work collaboratively with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Tax, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and a high level of efficiency across the business.

As a Vendor Maintenance Specialist, a typical day might include the following:
  • The planning and execution of continuous operations utilizing the Supplier Approval Process and Portal technology.
  • Performing system of record (Oracle, Zycus, etc.) entries with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting new vendor set up / changes and updating vendor files within Oracle and/or SharePoint
  • Analyzing vendor accounts for any discrepancies or compliance related issues

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have an Associate's Degree (Bachelors preferred) plus 2-4 years of related experience within Procurement, AP, Accounting, or similar financial administrative role. Familiarity working within an ERP system. Ability to use standard business applications for communicating, presenting and analyzing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
