YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE...
  • A Relationship Builder - You provide top notch service to our physicians and field sales representatives regarding questions related to Allergan's aesthetic websites. You are responsible for provisioning doctors and their staff to be able to use Allergan Direct in whatever capacity they choose
  • A Critical Thinker - You are responsible for assisting our field reps with onboarding and registration to our eCommerce platform that serves as the engine in which Allergan Aesthetics allows physician's patients to order product through a physician's website, supported by Allergan Aesthetics
  • A Troubleshooter - You provide on-going help for any eCommerce-related question or issue that may arise for our physician's and their staff and act as the liaison between the customer and our IT teams.

YOU WILL:
  • Provision doctors and staff to use Allergan Direct. You will also assist our field reps with onboarding and registration to our eCommerce platform.
  • Build bridges. Provide on-going help for any eCommerce-related question or issue that may arise for our physician's and their staff.
  • Provide white glove customer service. Proactively highlight the benefits of each program and optimize the benefits available to the customer regarding all applicable sites


Qualifications

YOU BRING:
  • 6 months Customer Service experience with Customer Operations programs, especially within Brilliant Distinctions and successful completion of Brilliant Bar training requirements and proven proficiency or 4 years of Contact Center experience outside of Allergan Aesthetics
  • Experience working with MS Office
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • High School Diploma
