We are seeking a long-term Temporary Benefits Coordinator who will work directly with the Benefits and Wellbeing teams. This role will aid in the day-to-day administration of all group insurance coverage, HSA's, leave administration, wellbeing initiatives and other policies as needed to support compliance with Regeneron's policies and all federal legislation.

As the Temporary Benefits Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:
  • Handling benefits related questions and cases submitted by the HR Service Center, helping to bring each to resolution.
  • Supporting the leave administrator with day to day responsibilities and sophisticated cases
  • Submitting monthly census files to vendors and auditing vendor files for payroll processing and reconciliation analysis to validate data integrity
  • Supporting on and off-site wellbeing / benefit offerings such as flu shot clinics, biometric screening, Annual Enrollment events, ordering of supplies and giveaways, and additional administrative support
  • Assisting with the administration of various employee benefit programs such as: Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Life, HSA/FSAs, Leave Administration, Wellbeing, Disability, COBRA etc.

To be considered for this position you must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 2+ years of experience in a dynamic HR environment. We need strong analytical and communications skills with exposure across HR and/or Payroll, specifically employee benefits. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Experience using Oracle HRIS (or similar) and Payroll is highly desired. General understanding of employee benefits as they relate to LOA's including; short/long term disability, COBRA, state disability, ADA, FMLA, etc.
