Position Summary:

The Analyst, Benefits & Wellness supports all aspects of the company's US and international benefit programs, including health and welfare, retirement, time off and leave programs. The Analyst, Benefits & Wellness supports the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of company-wide benefits and wellness initiatives; helps in developing programs that are innovative, is responsible for plan administration, participant communications, and customer service of the company's benefit and wellness plans; provides counsel to employees relative to their benefit inquiries, coordination of all companywide wellness events from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports annual benefits open enrollment process including development and delivery of employee communication materials and on-site vendor visits.
  • Administers day-to-day benefit plan responsibilities including submitting monthly invoices, resolving employee and vendor benefit inquiries, and researching and resolving data errors.
  • Ensures compliance with all labor and benefit laws and stays current on regulatory changes.
  • Supports benefit and wellness initiatives and events, such as open enrollment, lunch 'n learns and annual enrollment and wellness fairs.
  • Manages and track monthly invoices for benefit and wellness vendors.
  • Works with vendors and other HR associates to administer benefit programs.
  • Provides support in audits of retirement and benefits plans and other tax-reporting requirements as necessary.
  • Works with HRIS systems (Workday) to ensure that systems meet benefits needs and data is updated to reflect changes to benefit plans.
  • Answers employee questions regarding benefits programs and activities.
  • Assists in drafting employee communications with respect to new benefits and wellness initiatives.
  • Participates in all Benefits and Wellness Team meetings.
  • Special projects as assigned


Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Functional knowledge of Workday is preferred
  • General benefits knowledge required including compliance with the state and federal laws that apply to the plans.
  • Ability to maintain confidential documents and information.
  • Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills with proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel are required. HRIS experience a plus.
  • Strong customer focus, with excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter who effectively prioritizes work to determine most important tasks to address shifting deadlines.
  • Has a fast pace, high energy, and ability to meet deadlines required to support our growing business and the multi-faceted nature of the role.
  • Possesses a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude, and is a team player.
