Who you are:

BridgeBio is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced leader to drive the development, launch, and overall success of BridgeBio's Enrollment Hub. The Associate Director/Director, Clinical Trial Enrollment Strategy Lead will sit centrally within BridgeBio and, in collaboration with the Enrollment Hub Core Team, will bring the Enrollment Hub to life in support of recruitment and retention across the BridgeBio portfolio of affiliates in rare and ultra-rare genetic disorders spanning multiple therapeutic areas. This includes collaborating with affiliate teams to design strategic operational plans that map the patient journey, the site activation process, and the resources required to address each component. Additionally, the Associate Director/Director, Clinical Trial Enrollment Strategy Lead will evaluate metrics of progress to quickly diagnose rate-limiting steps in enrollment.

This Associate Director/Director, Clinical Trial Enrollment Strategy Lead should demonstrate strong leadership skills, confidence in working independently and have the ability to embrace and champion new and innovative approaches to rare disease drug development.

This position requires exceptional clinical operations leadership and technical knowledge and strong program management skills and a relentless will to get results. Additionally, this position will require using rigorous analytical frameworks such as logic trees and decision trees, and comfort in solving both granular operational problems as well as high-level pattern identification between projects across the portfolio and their respective studies across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the primary enrollment hub ambassador to all BBIO affiliates and as the escalation point to the enrollment hub core team
  • Provides project management leadership to the Enrollment Hub Core Team in collaboration with Enrollment Hub Head
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships affiliate counterparts, enrollment hub vendors, and others which routinely interact with the enrollment hub
  • Manages one or more enrollment hub associates
  • Work closely with BBIO procurement on identification, selection, and ongoing management of enrollment hub vendors
  • Performs ongoing and systematic analysis of recruitment and retention data collected within the enrollment hub to measure effectiveness
  • Collaborates with Science Operations to ensure best recruitment and retention practices are captured and shared across the organization
  • Develop SOPs, analytical tools, training, templates, and other enrollment hub documents to ensure consistency in enrollment hub offerings and enrollment/retention activities across BBIO.
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree in a scientific discipline
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing and leading clinical trials at all stages of development within the biopharma industry
  • People management required
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver clinical trials from start-up through close-out
  • Deep understanding of clinical trial design and protocol development
  • Extensive experience with cross-functional leadership and clinical teams
  • Strong vendor management experience required
  • Experience in rare/orphan disease studies preferred
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills required
  • Willingness to go out beyond normal role to be a leader in the company
  • Ability to work in a small company with a largely virtual environment; Startup experience preferred
  • Strong team interaction and communication skills
