The Ambassador District Manager position is an extension of a patient support program with the responsibility to empower patients. Provides a personal single point of contact for patient support program service as the link for patients to better understand and utilize the other services. This position covers Cleveland, Columbus & Dayton Ohio areas.

The Ambassador District Manager position is an extension of a patient support program with the responsibility to empower patients. Provides a personal single point of contact for patient support program service as the link for patients to better understand and utilize the other services. This position covers Cleveland, Columbus & Dayton Ohio areas.
Major Responsibilities:
- Establishes self as a leader within team and organization for Patient Ambassadors
- Manage the successful implementation of the ambassador team and compliance to their SOP to ensure delivery of appropriate patient support program services
- Will provide field direction to the team to ensure they contribute to the brand in a strategic way
- Interact closely with sales organization to drive increased education regarding platform services available to patients
- Use appropriate data sources to evaluate effectiveness of Ambassadors and make suggestions for tactical improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications
- BSN, RN or related bachelor's in health sciences
- 5+ years professional experience in Healthcare industry required
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting work area supported
- Ability to work and drive results, motivate others, and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines
- Demonstrates success managing field reports, negotiation skills, presentation skills, and effectiveness to work cross-functional and independently
