Novartis Gene Therapies is seeking an Intern to support the Global Quality Program Management Office.


This position will assist the Global Quality Program Management Office. The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking multiple projects across the Global Quality Organization. Tasks will include but not be limited to:
  • Maintaining Global Quality Project Registry
  • Creating Project Review Board Agendas & Meeting Minutes
  • Developing and/or Improving Project Management Templates
  • Assisting with projects to ensure actions are completed within the appropriate timelines
  • Other related duties as assigned

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Program/Project Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Demonstrated experience in a team based environment
  • Interest in Gene Therapy / Biotech Industry and developing an understanding of cGMPs

The level of this position will be based on the final candidate's qualifications.
