The Director Process Sciences New Technologies will support Bulk Manufacturing and Business Operations through the control, monitoring, and troubleshooting of biologics manufacturing processes. At Regeneron, we find ways to innovate and continuously improve. The successful candidate will build and lead a new technology group that focuses on cutting edge science for problem solving within the Regeneron Process Sciences Laboratory group.

As a Director in Process Sciences a typical day might include the following:
• Implementing focused problem-solving approach and work towards results
• Developing and utilizing best in class technologies in data analysis, raw material analytics and process control strategies
• Staying current with new technology trends in bioprocessing
• Developing technology roadmaps for upstream and downstream processes to meet future needs
• Providing technology support for routine upstream and downstream investigations
• Collaborating and aligning with scientific partner groups

To be considered for this opportunity you must possess proven experience of at least 12 years within the Biopharmaceutical industry. A Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Life Sciences is strongly preferred. Will substitute experience in Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Operations or Process Development for advanced degree requirements if candidate has a master's degree in subject areas listed above.
