Purpose:

Oversees IT Compliance across Enterprise Applications. Applies IT and Compliance knowledge and experience to analyze requirements against IT policies, procedures and processes. Leads the IT Compliance activities within a project or multiple projects within a single client area. Primary compliance support to project and IT staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, procedures and processes.
  • Prepares and approves documentation per policy and procedure.
  • Assists in the establishment of regulated policies and procedures at the departmental level.
  • Establishes and maintains productive relationships with all levels in the Divisional IT organization, and business functions.
  • Acts as a liaison and IT Compliance expert to assure successful implementations.
  • Assists with global audit request (Internal, SOX, FDA, QA, and other Regulatory audits).
  • Serves as a source of information on the IT Compliance needs and regulatory environment.
  • Monitors and coordinates the IT Compliance efforts within a project.
  • Independently conceives and develops general approaches to the solution of systems problems which require application of basic IT compliance principles. Errors or failure to achieve expected results may result in project delays and/or the expenditure of more resources or impact projects costs than was planned.
  • Tracks and reports non-compliance items and risks across Enterprise Application functional areas (SAP COE, Finance Systems, Corporate Services, and HR/Payroll).
  • Provides weekly status report updates on audit and compliance items to management.
  • Tracks remediation activities and provides compliance support related to non-compliance issues.
  • Assists with Integrated controls testing.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree 5 years of experience; Master's Degree 4 years of experience in a quality systems environment, or equivalent combined work experience.
  • Excellent analytical, judgment and consultative capabilities and communication skills and the ability to work with both IT management and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve compliance issues
