We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain - BPO Planning, SDLC, and ERP Systems, with responsibility for solutions that optimize the raw material and product planning process. This function, based in our global HQ in Santa Monica, will require a strong collaboration skill set across IT, the BPO team, and business functions to develop and prioritize improvements / enhancements for the RapidResponse Platform.

Responsibilities of the Senior Manager of Supply Chain - BPO Planning, SDLC and ERP Systems include:
  • Ensure application stays current with application patches through quarterly coordination with IT and business functions
  • Responsible for planning and building the evolution of the planning capabilities
  • Write test plans, conduct functional testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Create System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents including, but not limited to, Business Process Flows, User Requirements Documents, Design Specification, User Acceptance Test Scripts, and Training materials
  • Perform impact assessment on new or changing capabilities related to ERP system changes
  • Business lead for Planning systems as a boundary application related to ERP Projects
  • Work with the functional groups to develop and present business cases for new capabilities
  • Manage CAPAs and change controls as needed
  • Coordinate the testing of changes and enhancements with the functional groups to ensure successful delivery of changes


PhD degree


MA/MS degree with 6+ years of operations and/or supply chain experience


BA/BS degree with 8+ years of operations and/or supply chain experience


High School Degree with 12+ years of operations and/or supply chain experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in authoring SDLC documentation with an MS or MBA
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a business systems analyst role in supply chain or manufacturing domain
  • Strong knowledge and experience with System Development Life Cycle methodology such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Experience in Tableau, OBIEE, data analytics (smartsheet experience a plus)
  • Superior experience with planning systems, RapidResponse, SAP IBP or similar
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering a timely and high quality end work product
  • GxP experience in biopharmaceutical environment and strong understanding of E2E Supply Chain planning processes
  • Ability to objectively evaluate options and develop executive management-level recommendations
  • Collaborative meeting skills and ability to work in a virtual work environment
  • Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and distill relevant information for the right audience
  • Strength in communicating and working effectively with broad stakeholders in various scientific/technical/business disciplines
