Who You Are:

We are seeking an Associate of Investor Relations and Strategy to spearhead our Wall Street-facing strategy and communications. The successful candidate will work with senior management to develop and execute BridgeBio's investor relations strategy, manage relationships with current investors and analysts, and build new relationships on the buy side and sell side. The Associate of Investor Relations and Strategy will work cross-functionally and partner with colleagues in corporate communications, finance, portfolio management, and business development in order to broaden and diversify BridgeBio's shareholder base and maximize access to capital.

  • Develop a deep understanding of BridgeBio's portfolio and corporate strategy
  • Partner with senior executives to continually refine key messages being delivered to the financial community
  • Build and execute communication strategies targeted at specific types of investors (ie generalists vs. healthcare specialists)
  • Interface with sell side and buy side analysts on an ongoing basis to continually educate on the pipeline and genetic medicines drug discovery platform
  • Work with BridgeBio portfolio and program management groups to ensure optimal communication of pipeline timelines, progress, and data expectations
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend Wall Street-focused events including R&D Day, webcasts for topline clinical results, and broker meetings

  • Passion for helping patients
  • Bachelor, masters or doctorate degree in a life sciences or medical field
  • 2 years in equity research, investment banking, or sales and trading from a top Wall Street firm
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts in a concise and simple manner
  • A self-starter who loves to learn and will bring great energy to work every day
