As a member of the Repatha Consumer Marketing team, the Digital & Social Strategy Manager reports into the Repatha Consumer Marketing Director and is responsible for developing digital campaigns and properties across multiple consumer audiences (General Market, Hispanic, and Disease Education) to strengthen brand awareness and patient acquisition. The manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing digital-channel strategies including the launch and/or expansion of social properties. This individual will also be responsible for leading the pull through of a new campaign into best in class, digital-first creative designed for channel.

Examples of the Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Be the expert on digital channel capabilities and how they can best deliver against business objectives
  • Be the driver of digital and social innovation and how we use these platforms to build first party data sets
  • Educate organization and agencies on social- first creative and best practices to improve the effectiveness of our creative and shift from product marketing to brand equity building
  • Building funnel-based assets and identifying how to use multi-channel to drive greatest impact
  • Shifting from pull model (drive to website) to in channel solutions that help move consumer from awareness to consideration
  • Consultant on digital media planning and owner of website performance insights
  • Pull through digital channel media performance learnings to improve digital creative/strategies
  • Development of digital ecosystem creative including digital display, social, and launching next-gen websites for General Market and Hispanic
  • Development of acquisition email strategy and creative
  • Partner with and manage consumer agencies to hold them accountable to the highest standards of performance
  • Lead cross-functional teams to gain alignment with internal and external partners both strategically and tactically
  • Executive updates: preparing and presenting work and findings on a regular basis

Basic Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization


Master's degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization


Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

  • Confidence in working with various levels of staff
  • Self-starter, ability to work under limited supervision and coordinate multiple projects in a detail-oriented environment
  • Experience leading or being a part of a cross-functional project team
  • Experience working with key internal or external partners, establishing, communicating and leading teams to timelines and project targets
  • Experience critically evaluating process and establishing creative solutions
  • Advanced skills and familiarity with digital strategy and execution
  • Experience in developing, evaluating and optimizing social creative
  • Experience in digital media planning and optimization
  • Strong project management skills, lead and run projects from concept to completion in a matrix and, at times, ambiguous environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly and successfully present information
  • Quick learner, proactive, takes initiative, goal oriented and results driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to influence others while fostering a value-based environment of high performance and fairness
