Job Details

We are looking for a motivated R & D Specialist capable of contributing to the Toxicology team at Regeneron through scientific, technical and administrative activities. We feel the ideal candidate will need to be hardworking, flexible, innovative and able to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Specialist also will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well within an experienced and collegial team.

A Typical Day in the Role might look like:
- Provide technical and logistical support for outsourced Toxicology studies, as well as for the department through the development of novel operational strategies and troubleshooting as needed.

- Assist with the management of toxicology data for use in presentations and analysis.

- Work in collaboration across functional groups including, but not necessarily limited to Discovery Biology, Pharmacokinetics, Formulation Development and CMC/Test Article Supply.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's and 5+ or Master's degree with 3+ years of post-degree laboratory experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical/drug development environment.

The successful candidate will have a foundation of basic scientific knowledge acquired through academic training and/or experience.

Additionally, a working understanding of the theory and rationale that underlie methods used in the conduct of toxicology studies is required.
