Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated Ph.D. level scientist to join the Protein Expression Sciences team. We create antibody production cell lines using Regeneron's state of the art mammalian expression technologies as well as developing new technologies to further advance our expression platform.
In this role, a typical day might include performing the following:

• Apply scientific concepts and design and execute logical experiments to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Manage multiple projects and interact with others within the team.
• Generate regulatory compliant clinical cell lines to support Regeneron pipeline.
• Contribute to the creative process to advance cell line expression platform.

To be considered for the role, you must have a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Immunology or related field with 2+ years of post-doctoral experience. A strong background in cell and molecular biology and have good understanding of mammalian signaling pathways. Experience with tissue culture, transfections, Westerns and molecular cloning. Experience in flow cytometry is highly desirable. Excellent organization and communication skills across diverse styles are essential. Supervisory experience is highly desirable. FACS. Automation with liquid handling platforms (Hamilton).
