Purpose :

Champion our colleague's technology experience by leading the BTS Enterprise Change Management Office. Partner with BTO change managers to provide unified change messaging and establish best practices, templates, and standards for BTS change programs. Own enterprise level BTS change and the combined BTO level change messaging. Report to BTS leadership on change programs and metrics across BTS.

Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with the communications team to write and deliver key BTS strategic messaging
  • Stand up and manage the Change Management Center of Excellence
  • Create and provide user experience resources like personas to BTOs and their change managers
  • Establish relationships with change vendors to assist BTOs in onboarding resources
  • Own the BTS change methodology and standards
  • Define and report key metrics to measure change success across BTS projects to BTS leadership
  • Own, update, and socialize the consolidated change plan
  • Partner with BTS Training to standardize how training is executed as part of change
  • Build and maintain relationships with local site support, business relationship managers, change managers, and project managers
  • Plan, outline, and maintain technology portal content describing our technological story and execute and manage the change management from BTS for BTS colleagues

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience in effective change management, communications, and user experience
  • Experience in web design and web content strategy
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is preferred
  • Able to champion the employee experience to engineers and technical stakeholders
  • Impeccable attention to detail, analytical acumen, verbal and written communication skills along with a passion for excellence
  • Ability to analyze complex scenarios and processes and simplify them into key messaging
