Brand Lead: Responsible for promotional and business strategies for the Migraine franchise including campaign development, lifecycle strategy, competitive planning, indication launches and tactical execution of professional and consumer programs. This position works in close collaboration with cross functional groups to impact product performance; in particular, sales, managed markets, digital marketing, trade and distribution, finance, supply operations and commercial operations.

YOU WILL:
  • Co-lead the integrated brand team managing the development and implementation of the annual migraine strategic marketing plans, budgets and sales forecasts and production forecasts for new and established brands to achieve sales and profit objectives. To be successful, the incumbent must partner effectively with other migraine brand leads to ensure alignment and coordination across the portfolio.
  • Direct team in the development of product budgets, sales forecasts and production forecasts for Migraine product to achieve sales and profit objectives
  • Review and respond to changing market dynamics, as indicated through market analysis, customer interaction and sales input, to ensure achievement of goals by directing activities of product management and working with medical/marketing communications.
  • Develop and maintain a customer focus that includes effective working relationships with key KOL customers in conjunction with sales and campaign development.
  • Lead and develop marketing talent.

This position reports to the VP Neuro/Uro Marketing and actively participates in the business's unit strategy and planning team.

Qualifications

YOU BRING:
  • Bachelor degree; MBA or other advance degree
  • At least 10 years of professional industry experience, including at least 3 years in managerial positions, preferably at a medium-to-large health care company in global marketing functions within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharma industry marketing, sales and business development with established track record in managing industry-based marketing functions.
  • Experience working in or with other regions/countries highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and manage budgets.
  • Highly desired: launch experience
