  • Develop and is responsible for maintaining an organized filing system for documents required in the Department.
  • Manage and directs incoming calls and visitors.
  • Generate and verify documents through electronic systems such as processors words, spreadsheets, presentation preparers and others.
  • Coordinate and / or participate in the coordination of Departmental activities.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of forms, office supplies, records, equipment audiovisuals and / or any other equipment or material used in the Department.
  • Make purchase orders and follow up until they are received. May also make payment coordination.
  • Review of the following documents: Department organization charts, employees reports, vacation reports planned vacations and "Headcount" distribution.
  • Support the operations in accordance with the Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (EH&S) and promote continuous improvement.
  • The incumbent is responsible for complying with the Abbvie Corporation Policies, the procedures of the Plant with the regulations and requirements of Good Practices of FDA documentation (cGMP).

Qualifications

Education
  • Associate Degree in Secretarial Sciences.

Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative and secretarial functions.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • High degree of attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management capabilities
  • Knowledge of SAP, Maximo and other specialized systems, preferable
