Novartis Gene Therapies is seeking an Analytical Instrumentation Engineering Intern to provide engineering, validation and maintenance support analytical and laboratory process equipment including installation, startup, commissioning, qualification/updates of equipment and providing engineering and validation support. Works with Development Scientists to evaluate and implement new technologies.


Assist Instrumentation engineers with equipment and process investigations and help develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences. Own change management for any changes to qualified systems. Provide technical support on lab issues when driving towards issue resolution. Problem solve any technically related issues impacting testing.

  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
  • 3.0 or better GPA
  • Current standing in an Undergraduate, Graduate, PhD, or Pharm D program

The level of this position will be based on the final candidate's qualifications.
