Black Diamond Therapeutics is a precision oncology medicine company pioneering the discovery and development of small molecule, tumor-agnostic therapies. Black Diamond targets undrugged mutations in patients with genetically defined cancers for whom limited treatment options currently exist. Black Diamond is built upon a deep understanding of cancer genetics, protein structure and function, and medicinal chemistry. The Company's proprietary technology platform, Mutation-Allostery-Pharmacology, or MAP, platform, is designed to allow Black Diamond to analyze population-level genetic sequencing data to identify oncogenic mutations that promote cancer across tumor types, group these mutations into families and develop a single small molecule therapy in a tumor-agnostic manner that targets a specific family of mutations.

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team! The Recruitment Coordinator will coordinate the efforts around recruitment and hiring of new employees. The Recruitment Coordinator will also be involved in the onboarding process and will be responsible for overall general Human Resources support.

  • Manage the interview process through the creation and modification of schedules, coordination of events (travel, catering, seminars, location) and through direct contact with candidates, hiring managers and internal Black Diamond recruiters
  • Create and post job postings on Black Diamond's Career Portal and ICIMs, works in close concert with recruiters to manage the requisition process.
  • Processes pre-employment reference checks and Criminal Background Checks.
  • Prepares Offer Letters, schedules new hires for New Employee Orientation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates and interviewers throughout the interview day, promptly resolving any scheduling conflicts if they arise
  • Ensures a positive candidate experience
  • Maintains contact with candidates following offer acceptance to ensure they have all the necessary information required for their first day
  • Contributes to HR projects, including process improvement and documentation and may provide admin support to Head of HR as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ year experience supporting Recruitment/HR.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ICIMs or similar applicant tracking system a plus.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information a must.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to shift priorities and attention to detail required.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good sense of humor.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
