Purpose:

Assists and supports the organization with ongoing preparation and monitoring of conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards for Change Management in the capacity of a Global Change Coordinator. Identifies and evaluates deficiencies while working with Change Owners, QA Management and internal departments/business units to appropriately remedy them. Performs maintenance of documentation as related to compliance with internal and external quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve ensure compliance to procedures.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Schedule and facilitate Change Review Board (CRB) meetings and Cross Functional Team (CFT) meetings
    • Document and publish CRB agenda and meeting minutes
    • Guide documentation of Change Plans in SolTRAQs based on CFT input
    • Assist in monitoring open Change Plans and Tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent education with typically 4 or more years' experience or Master's Degree or equivalent education with typically 1 or more years of experience
