Job Details
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing in vitro cell assay models with the goal of advancing leads to the clinic
- Design and execute cell-based assays to assess potency and specificity of antibody-drug conjugates (ADC), engineered cytokines and bispecific antibodies drug candidates
- Perform multi-color flow cytometry and ELISA
- Analyze and interpretate experimental data
- Maintain detailed experimental protocols and lab notebooks
- Work collaboratively with other biologists and protein engineers
- Communicate key scientific data at group meetings and project team meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field with at least 5 years of experience or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience in evaluating oncology or immuno-oncology drug products in an academic and/or industrialsetting
- Experience with design, development and analysis of primary immune cell and cell line-basedassays
- Hands on experience with immunological assays, such as multi-color flow ELISA and cytotoxicity are highly preferred
- Proficiency in the use of software tools to support data analysis tasks (e.g., Prism, FlowJo, and Excel) is preferred
- Must be highly motivated and work successfully in cross-functional teams by contributing data and ideas
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, think critically and interpret data
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, including maintaining detailed and accurate protocols and lab notebooks
