Associate Director, CNS HCP Marketing, Atogepant

YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE...
• A Strategic Brand Manager. You will support development of Healthcare Provider (HCP) multi-stakeholder strategy, including strategic brand positioning, target audience identification and segmentation, brand strategic imperatives, launch plan development and execution for Atogepant, currently in Phase 3/launch preparation and development.
• A Leader in Strategic Insights. You will support identification and crystallization of strategic insights through deep understanding and analysis of market landscape, customer unmet needs, competitive dynamics and positioning, while focusing on product profile development that will drive significant adoption and differentiation in the migraine treatment market.
• A Developmental Supporter. You will support the development of the NDA, label strategy and negotiations with the FDA, clinical data alignment with commercialization strategy, including communication that delivers upon patient and healthcare provider unmet needs for clear delivery of content.

• Develop launch planning tracking and management system, including promotional materials development, Direct Marketing Budget prioritization and cross-functional alignment of resource allocation, marketing operational management for Medical, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance review, Veeva submissions of Healthcare Provider Materials.
• Drive pull through of promotional assets and materials into digital market assets, including website for education and promotional purposes and non-personal promotion communications.
• Partner closely with cross functional partners, patient strategic leads, managed care partners, medical and clinical teams, as well as finance and marketing insights and analytics.


• Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of relevant experience with a successful track record in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing - strong analytical and strategic marketing skills
• Previous experience in project management, promotional materials development, healthcare marketing through agency and/or Pharma Consulting roles
• Experience in supporting strategic positioning of products for success within competitive environments
• Scientific acumen & therapeutic understanding, with the ability to analyze complex datasets
• Strong financial acumen with a good understanding of P&L drivers and the ability to develop appropriate investment & support rationale for sales forecasts
• Experience with launch &/or on-market commercial teams an advantage
• Experience working within matrix-based teams and project management
