The Data Scientist, Digital Marketing & Audience Management is responsible for facilitating quality audience growth across the Medical Therapeutics while driving efficient media results costs across multiple paid channels. This will be done through awareness, consideration and retargeting strategies to drive paid online traffic and acquisition through digital media channels.

• Develop and implement methods for extracting patterns and correlations from both internal and external data sources using machine learning toolkits
• Design, execute and analyze digital marketing tests (e.g., personalization, omni-channel, media attribution, geo-targeting, creative)
• Construct and develop predictive models that are reliable, scalable, and modular
• Maintain and optimize existing machine learning models
• Perform advanced ad-hoc analysis across media, website and audience tracking platforms
• Develop plan to put machine learning models into production
• Adopt new tools/techniques to increase performance, automation, and scalability
• Report, visualize and communicate results to internal stakeholders on a regular basis
• Actively participate and establish a "test and learn" team environment with a clear prioritized plan that is designed to create a bias for action (fail fast/often)
• Align test and modeling efforts with business and media performance KPIs and objectives. Track and monitor overall performance to demonstrate value of new models and tests


• BS or MS degree in Comp Sci, Statistics, Applied Math or Physics or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including expertise in modeling recommendation systems and key marketing platforms
• Deep knowledge of A/B statistical inference testing, design of experiments, and standardization techniques
• Work with Python, Jupyter, scikit-learn/Spark ML, SQL, GitHub, Spark, EMR
• Demonstrated understanding and experience in applying traditional statistical, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and/or graph techniques to address business problems
• Delivering data science components that are part of successful commercial products
• Ability to work with dashboard and visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, Datorama, Adobe Analytics, D3, Mixpanel, Flurry or Google Analytics
• Strong knowledge of Linux-based OS and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Previous domain knowledge in digital marketing
