PRM Manager, Contract Development, Reporting and Analytics

  • A Creative Thinking Leader. You are responsible for both National and Regional customer accounts. Support all aspects of contract development and will support the account managers (Field, CAM, CHED and DCA) with preparation of contracts
  • A Process-Driven Thinker. You will manage the contracting process from development through execution of agreements for the Institutional (GPO, Networks, Hospitals) channels





  • Must negotiate contract terms with account management and customers
  • Must protect the organization from financial and legal contract implications
  • Support on all bid solicitations RFP, redline negotiations on contract terms and conditions, and serve as the contract subject matter expert
  • Must secure appropriate legal/business approval on contract changes outside of guidelines
  • Ensure timely completion of all contracting activities including reviews, approvals implementations and follow-through of assigned contract documents
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Contract Operations, Offer Development, Brand teams and Account Managers to assess contract risks and benefits
  • Work closely with Contract Operations to ensure complete comprehension of contracts, seamless transition of contract documents from document/template status to implementation status
  • Oversee/maintain the tracking of all document activity and touch points from inception through final execution
  • Understands interrelationships of data resources and build financial models and reports which drive business insights through KPI dashboards evaluating customer contract performance to ensure compliance and adhere to all contract requirements
  • Monthly and Quarterly reports to evaluate brand and contract performance across the commercial organization providing clear, concise and efficient detail and summaries for senior management
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers to facilitate the exchange of information, provide support and address the needs of both internal and external customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Brand, Pricing, Payer Marketing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to identify, assess and develop reporting and strategies.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly customer rosters to ensure accurate alignment and identify trends
  • Partner with IT to develop an online application that combines all data sources into one dynamic tool allowing for summary and detailed customer performance evaluation. Data perspectives will include Product, Corporate Health, Account Management and Customer level.
  • Follow department policies and procedures to ensure consistent contract development and reporting. Employs appropriate techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Maintains best practices in compliance with all Allergan/AbbVie policies and regulations including data security.
  • Various special projects that may be collaborative or single contributor in scope. These special projects may be assigned or individually developed out of the need for process improvement, increased operational efficiency, and/or needs for the business
  • Must conduct work activities in compliance with all Allergan internal requirements and with all applicable local regulatory requirements. Allergan internal requirements include compliance with ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies, requirements and objectives







  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Contract Development and Lifecycle Management
  • Strong redlining and negotiation skills are required
  • Strong business acumen; ability to "see the big picture"
  • Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Industry Experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word and Adobe
  • Knowledge and use of ModelN/Revitas
  • Good communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and change
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Attention to detail
