Associate Director, Digital Marketing

The Commercial IT team is looking for an Associate Director who will provide product management to cross brand marketing technology initiatives with a focus on web channel. We enable the delivery of new digital marketing capabilities that optimize our customer digital marketing experience across all Regeneron brands. You will drive the definition and delivery of initiatives by collaborating with brand marketers and commercial operations leaders. You will have a keen eye for gaps in digital marketing, marketing analytics, and innovative solutions to fill them.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

• Develop deep understanding of underlying brand marketing priorities and correlate to use of marketing tools, data and solutions involved
• Drive regular governance process to curate new ideas that are prioritized for promotion to new features that generate the most business value
• Define a web channel marketing vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value to our patients and physicians
• Collaborate with brand marketing leaders and agency technology partners to set web channel technology strategy and release roadmaps
• Establish the enterprise web content management platform roadmap, gain shared vision and work cross functionally to deliver successfully to the committed achievements
• Partner with technology teams and marketing leaders to define and implement a prioritized plan to consolidate the numerous digital content properties from disparate partner systems
• Facilitate selection of fit for purpose technology solutions to support business functional needs while taking into consideration potential complexity for technology portfolio, integration opportunities and total cost of ownership
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Establish new vendor partnerships and oversee 3rd party resources to deliver on day-to-day execution

To be considered for this role you should have a Bachelor's degree in related field and 7-10 years of hands-on experience delivering marketing technology platforms based on a properly governed product release roadmap. Deep knowledge of web content management and experience with rolling out templates, micro sites, tagging and campaigns on content management systems. Experience with strategizing the full life cycle of product marketing from conception to launch. Partnering with marketers on digital distribution channels, digital advertising measurement, and search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing (social media). Ability to create strategies to increase customer base through content improvement, personal interaction integration and digital traffic metrics. Solid understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and standards. Experience with marketing automation (like salesforce.com) and customer journey mapping expected. Pharmaceutical marketing for patients and physicians (Patient and physician marketing, portals and digital asset management), desirable. Pharmaceutical marketing data sets (web analytics, owned, paid, display etc.), a plus
