Operational Specialist, Professional Loyalty

YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE...
  • A Customer Centric Collaborator. You will support the Professional Loyalty team by resolving issues and inquiries in a timely manner from Customer Operations, Field Sales, and other Allergan Support teams. You will assist the Contracting Team in the day to day operational oversite after a contract has been fully executed.
  • A Forward-Thinking Innovator. You will need to review and maintain operational tracking reports while analyzing the data and providing recommendations. After analysis, they will need to establish a feedback loop with Field Sales, Marketing, and the various Customer Operation teams. This role requires participation in process improvement and operational efficiency projects, as well as the ability to execute Ad Hoc reporting as needed for various internal and external stakeholders.


YOU WILL:
  • Work with Customer Operations, Field Sales Teams, and Operational Support Teams in resolving issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Contracting Team in day to day operational oversite after a contract has been fully executed.
  • Review and maintain operational tracking reports while analyzing the data and providing recommendations. Establish a feedback loop with Field Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operation teams.
  • Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency projects. Execute Ad Hoc reporting for members of the team as well as various external/internal stakeholders.


Qualifications

YOU BRING:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems a plus
  • Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly learn the business and technologies
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
