Sr. Finance Manager, US Aesthetics

  • A Financial Mentor for the business. You are a strategic financial business partner for US Facial Aesthetics to achieve short-term and long-term objectives for the business.

  • Build out forecasting and revenue reporting models for Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm Collection, and Kybella brands in the US market
  • Responsible for leveraging primary and secondary research insights, the AllÄ“ loyalty program data and team inputs to build accurate, actionable, and evidenced-based forecasting models
  • The forecaster will also produce analogues, formulate assumptions, identify information/knowledge gap and data/research needs, defining opportunities and risks associated with the forecast. Identify enhancements and/or execute enhancements to forecast model and inputs
  • Perform analytics on promotional programs that drive the businesses to enhance the market growth and share assumptions
  • Provide monthly revenue reports for VP, Facial Aesthetics and the FA leadership team tracking performance vs. targets and parse out the variance drivers (Share / growth / channel / price / churn / frequency) vs the forecast assumptions
  • Understand impact of competitive entrants into the market with rigorous analysis on market growth and share
  • Ensure production plans are aligned to the commercial forecasts


  • 3-5+ years of work experience in forecasting, marketing sciences, strategic consulting or other analytical work in the pharmaceutical, biotech or related industries
  • Experience with patient flow forecasting, time series forecasting, regression models, simulation and other quantitative forecasting methodologies
  • Has worked with various secondary and primary data sources in either Pharma/Biotech or CPG industry (IMS, Claims, SHA, AC Nielsen)
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including being a team player while also having the ability to partner with and influence others
  • Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Mature business acumen with ability to work with complex business scenarios
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management/efficiency skills
  • Ability to handle and quantify large amounts of data
  • Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, modeling, and financial systems
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency
