The Associate Director of CNS Payer Marketing will be responsible for aligning the CNS Portfolio business strategy with CNS contract evaluation, strategy, and execution. The specific product assignment may evolve over time according to business needs and may include additional key Abbvie products. This leader will effectively orchestrate communication and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders. This includes working cross-functionally to provide financial, analytical, and marketing support through the payer deal and negotiation process. Additionally, this individual will serve as the liaison with Pricing, Finance, Sales Forecasting and Brand team during Plan/LBE and LRP cycles by providing insights on key Account formularies, channel dynamics, rebates and additional anticipated rebates driven by market factors. This individual will also assist the CNS Payer Marketers with delivering marketing resources and messaging to key Market Access Account Management stakeholders. The individual will demonstrate positive leadership and influence cultural alignment with US Market Access' Ambitious Cultural Vision. The person will demonstrate a "One AbbVie" mindset and perspective in all strategies.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to provide financial, analytical, and marketing support through the contracting process for the CNS franchise, and/or other key products as business needs evolve.
• Partner with Account Management team across all channels to align CNS business strategy with contract execution and deliver appropriate contract response messaging.
• Lead payer contracting strategic alignment with Brand teams, Account management, and Finance
• Collaborate with CNS Payer Marketers and Account Managers to formulate and adjust CNS portfolio business plans and actions to achieve business objectives and goals, including financial, constituents and market results.
• Partner with MABI and other key teams on required analytics and access/lives reporting for AbbVie and competitive products across all key channels.
• Responsible for CNS Competitive Intelligence Monitoring, including competitive price actions and communicating business impact
• Monitor and triangulate CNS channel market trends and dynamics, constituents' needs, and business priorities to determine best, market-advantaged course of action.
• Provide cross functional leadership to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with Botox Payer Marketing team to maximize Abbvie's migraine franchise growth, market share, and profitability


• Bachelor's Degree required
• At least 10 years experience, some of which must have been in pharmaceutical industry
• National Account financial, contracting, analytical and strategy experience required
• Experience across all payer segments and channels
• CNS experience preferred
