We are currently looking to fill a Lead Quality Control (QC) Analyst on our Bioassay team with a Sun - Thurs, 8am - 4:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures and tests products for patient safety. The QC Analyst will be part of the lot release for market use of our products. They will perform a variety of chemical or biological analyses on raw materials, products, in-process materials, or stability samples in support of the company's quality program. This role will also have direct reports to develop and manage the lab support function.

As a Lead QC Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
• Provides on-the-floor guidance and support to employees
• Ensures employees timesheets are completed on time
• Monitors employees training to ensure that all requirements are met, including OJT
• Maintain up to date training records for self and direct reports
• Perform minimally monthly performance feedback meetings with direct reports
• Escalates all performance issues to management and/or HR
• Gathers data and documents test results
• Reviews test results to ensure compliance with standards; reports any quality anomalies
• Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements
• Participates in required training activities
• Maintains laboratory supplies
• Conducts testing on raw materials, in-process, product, stability, and/or research samples
• Writes and revises control test procedures and SOPs
• Completes test records and reviews data
• Calibrates or verifies calibration of instruments/devices prior to use
• Interacts with outside customers or functional peer groups
• May be responsible for maintaining a specific project
• May devise or develop new analytical methods and techniques
• May assist in validation of methods
• May be involved in establishing the transfer of methodology from R&D

To be considered for the Lead Quality Control Analyst on our Bioassay team you must be willing and able to work Sun - Thurs, 8am - 4:30pm. You must have the following; BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field and 1 year of relevant experience. Will substitute relevant experience for education. Experience with mammalian cell culture practices, bioassay and/or binding assay testing, and GMP/GLP experience preferred. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role
