We are currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated, experienced individual for the position of Sr Manager / Associate Director, People Operations & Analytics . The position reports to the Executive Director, People Operations & Analytics . The location of the position is in Brisbane, CA.

Summary Description

The Senior Manager / Associate Director, People Operations & Analytics is responsible for directing the ongoing activities related to systems ( HCM, ATS, payroll, and equity), processes and policies including benefits, mobility, compliance, onboarding and off-boarding of employees, leaves of absences, and supporting various employee programs. This position will partner closely with Payroll / Finance, Legal, IT , and serve as the lead in ensuring our infrastructure is setup in a way that will help drive Myovant's next phase of growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the People Operations function, including the design, development, implementation , and maintenance of various HR systems: ADP (payroll) , Greenhouse (ATS) , and our future HRIS
  • Lead the implementation of Myovant's new HRIS (i.e., evaluation, vendor management, user acceptance testing ) , then s upport the organization in utilizing and getting the most from our people data
  • Partner with IT on defining the broader systems architecture (i.e., process flow, integrations , etc.) , finding ways to automate manual processes through technology
  • Partner closely with Finance on SOX audit compliance, monthly payroll activities, and equity administration
  • Manage core HR workflows (e.g. on-boarding, off-boarding, transfers , internal movement s ) , acting as a liaison to various stakeholders with varying degrees of involvement
  • Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, security , and timely maintenance of people data within all systems
  • Help d efine , track, and analyze people-related metrics to monitor and improve performance
  • Proactively create process documentation and "How-to-Guides" for employees to efficiently navigate annual processes (i.e., goal setting, performance management, open enrollment) Partner with other HR team members to drive and execute people-related initiatives and programs (i.e., wellbeing, engagement, and culture development)

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination) of relevant experience

  • 8+ years in Human Resource roles of increasing responsibility
  • Experience with ADP and Workday ( or similar HR IS ) implementations, and system management roles
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting / onboarding process workflows
  • Ability t o quickly learn the business needs and make decisions which impact organizational outcomes
  • Experience communicating to stakeholders who do not have a direct reporting relationship
  • S trong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgement ; comfortable viewing challenges holistically with the ability to consider all interdependencies before acting
  • Strong project-management skills, from concept to planning to implementation
  • Strong quantitative skills, specifically in analytics and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of local, state , and federal regulatory requirements , as well global employment regulations in countries other than the United States
  • Proven experience handling confidential information with the ability to show good judgmen t
  • Strong grasp of Microsoft applications (OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel , PowerPoint presentation skills )

  • R egularly required to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
  • Regularly required to sit for long periods of time, and occasionally stand and walk
  • Regularly required to use hands to operate computer and other office equipment
  • Close vision required for computer usage
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, climb and lift up to 20 pounds
