JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Investigations (Ethics & Compliance) has broad experience in conducting and managing investigations for a global company that performs federal and state government, and commercial contracts, preferably in the areas of pharmaceuticals, and research and development. This position will be the lead investigator for the corporate investigations program.

Essential functions and responsibilities include:

• Following and improving protocols for planning, conducting and closing investigations including:◦Identifying relevant issues and properly scoping the investigation
◦Identifying the interview pool
◦Conducting research and analyzing data
◦Recommending disciplinary/corrective actions
◦Determining root cause
◦Drafting closing reports and providing briefings as needed to senior leaders

• Build metrics and perform analytics that can be used to enhance compliance programs
• Partner with functions and the businesses as needed to effectively conduct the investigation including with the Legal and IT departments where regulatory matters or forensic research is involved.
• Strong understanding of policies, laws and regulations applicable to government contractors and pharmaceutical/manufacturing/research and development.
• Identify and implement process improvements and enhancements to the investigation program
• Other duties as assigned to support the ethics & compliance program.

III. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
• Experience in routine and complex investigations
• A self-starter and team player who works collaboratively with colleagues across the organization

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong presentation, and oral and written communication skills

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power point
