Regeneron's Formulation Development Group is seeking an R&D Associate laboratory position involved in analytical development and formulation stability testing, including compatibility and in-use stability testing, to support drug product development.

A Typical Day in The Role Might Look Like:

  • Design, execute, and document IV compatibility and in-use stability studies as well as other experiments to support stability testing for therapeutic protein molecules in a highly interdisciplinary and collaborative setting
  • Lead and participate in formulation and product development and stability assessment activities that may include candidate screening and selection, developing lyophilized or liquid formulations for all phases of pre-clinical, clinical and commercial development.
  • Develop fit-for-purpose analytical methods to support research stability testing
  • Maintain IV lab inventory and support other lab organization tasks
  • Present work at group, department and cross functional meetings.

This Role Might Be For You If:

You have BS or MS degree in a related scientific field with at least two years of academic research or industrial experience in a laboratory setting. You are capable of multi-tasking, working both independently and within a team environment. You have strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. You have hands on experience chemical or physical characterization of proteins, with bioanalytical methods and instrumentation, such as visible and subvisible particle analysis, protein concentration determination by UV, U/HPLC-based chromatographic techniques, or electrophoretic methods.
