  • Troubleshoot and execute problem solving with minimal managerial supervision
  • Ensure direct reports receive effective training to prioritize and complete daily activities and tasks
  • Monitor daily work operations and provide direction and development to team members to achieve goals and KPIs of direct servicing teams
  • Act as an AbbVie product and pharmacy operations expert for team members
  • Provide project execution leadership on initiatives aligned with the strategy of pharmacy operations
  • Seek innovative solutions to capitalize on opportunities, efficiencies and productivity in pharmacy operations
  • Works proactively with the team members and cross functional groups to develop creative resolutions for operational issues to ensure the highest level of service for our patients and customers

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences or business preferred. Comparable or relevant experience will be considered.
  • Five or more years of supervisory experience in the healthcare industry with pharmacy operations being preferred.
  • Solid organizational, leadership and time management skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet associated timelines.
  • Effective in establishing and maintaining solid professional and business relationships.
  • Highly effective written and oral communication skills for interacting with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state and industry regulations and standards.
  • Individuals must meet applicable Pharmacy Technician licensure prior to their employment and become CPHT accredited by 3rd licensure renewal as required by law.
