Job Details

The Sr. Manager of Patient Support Services Operations position is a critical role in a fast-paced, upbeat US Market Access group. Under the direction of the Patient Support Services Product Lead, this individual will be responsible for running the patient adherence support programs for various Regeneron brands.

Additionally, this person will support the day-to-day management of DUPIXENT MyWay and other Regeneron assets to minimize barriers and enhance overall patient access to therapy.

This role will develop and maintain a high-level of collaboration and integration with all cross-functional Regeneron staff, including Field Teams, Brand Marketing, Training, Market Access, Trade, Reimbursement, and Market Research. The position is based out of Sleepy Hollow, New York and requires a highly motivated individual that is able to work cross-functionally in order to accomplish objectives.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the clinical support activities for DUPIXENT (e.g. supplemental injection training, patient adherence support, refill reminders, product education, etc.).
  • Participate in and support the development of clinical assistance strategies and tactics that enhance the patient and provider experience from initial prescription through adherence.
  • Plan, develop, and execute the communications (i.e., content and processes) of the clinical support programs.
  • Collaborate with Alliance counterparts and consumer marketing to execute appropriate adherence strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of improving the PSS to support future indications
  • Understand and analyze program data to effectively communicate information to different functional areas in the commercial organization (including Sr. management, field teams, marketing, and market access)
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal customers (Field Sales and Reimbursement teams, marketing, medical, etc.) and external customers (vendors, physicians, office staff).
  • Support the Specialty Pharmacy strategy and operations, including the PSS free goods pharmacy, for multiple brands.
  • Represent the Patient Support Services team in Joint Review Committee meetings to advance correspondences for both field and supplier use.


REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors' Degree Required plus 8+ years' progressive, related industry experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. This includes demonstrating an understanding of how to raise issues/concerns and effectively connect with others, especially those in other functional areas.
  • Proven track record to deliver innovative achievements independently without the reliance of agency support.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to support tactic development and presentation creation.
  • Prefer previous experience in running a reimbursement or patient assistance program, with a strong focus on clinical support offerings.
  • Ability to analyze data to present strategic opportunities to the business to continually enhance support offerings.
  • Product launch experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the U.S. healthcare systems, including expertise in health care financing and reimbursement policies related to the pharmaceutical industry, with application in a wide array of clinical settings and reimbursement strategies in all market segments.
  • Clear understanding of the implications of payer and reimbursement policy impact on prescriber and patient behaviors as well as sales force activity.
  • Balance multiple projects and excellent ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Ethical, teammate and have the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment - contributing creative ideas and positive energy to the group.
