As the Director of the FUSION program, you will provide leadership to bring together our commercial data assets and our people in a new way of working model with cascading the governance and standards needed to enable a single source of truth that brings our organization's data to action.

This role will report into the Senior Director, Winning with Data (WWD) capability and will work closely with BTS and CEX colleagues within a program matrix to ensure the global business model is established for industrialization across affiliates. The use case outcomes will ensure standard products that address our core business model needs.

In collaboration with Global BTS and Affiliates, the individual will be leading the implementation of a best-in-class platform technology called Foundry through the four step data management process to realize a use case that delivers business value to the affiliate. Facilitating a large cross-functional job family, the affiliates will be onboarded through 3 a stage process from enablement, to sustainability and evolution based on their respective data maturity levels. Through his/her leadership, the Global cross-functional team will be coordinated to ensure program delivery according to the roadmap. Applying strict program governance and leading the ways of working model across a wide variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Responsible for leading, coaching and developing a global matrix cross functional team of subject matter experts. Responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of subject matter experts to provide program delivery across multiple affiliates according to the program roadmap.
  • Ensure global cross-functional team focuses on program execution that delivers use case outcomes to each onboarded affiliates with the needed transferred capability as well as efficiency and effectiveness gains.
  • Onboard affiliates through a 3 phased approach of Enablement , Sustainability, Evolution.
  • Facilitate the change management and onboarding journey of each affiliate, starting with the Affiliate AMT. Ensuring the Business Leaders own the use cases and that the capability development is broad.
  • Program scope management with each affiliate based on consensus of priorities with affiliate and the global team.
  • Manage steerco governance and program hygienic factors
  • Drive evolution of the global ontology to ensure industrialization of use cases
  • Drive business outcomes orientation.
  • Maintain full compliance with internal and external guidelines.
  • Data governance processes and documentation established
  • Develop a skills development process that sustains and evolves the FUSION capabilities across affiliates.
  • Maintain and evolve the KPI and Use case library for application on the ontology


  • Track record of successfully driving change and delivering results in ambiguous environments and working in a high performing matrix organization.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with ability to frame business issues and apply data analysis to support real-time decision-making
  • Business leader with strong business acumen who has translational capabilities between data analytics and business questions
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities
  • Demonstrated/inspiring leading large-scale change and strategy transformations
  • Resourceful and creative - must bring fresh insights to a dynamic business environment
  • Demonstration of a test and learn framework that was embedded as part of multi-channel execution to inform continuous improvement, learning and business decisions
  • Ability to establish mutually productive and positive relationships with internal and external groups

  • E xperience of working in a regulated environment with Legal and Compliance organizations.

  • Graduate degree in business or healthcare
  • 10+ years leading a global data organization driving advanced capabilities
  • E-commerce experience
