I. JOB SUMMARY

The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for improving and building our HRIS infrastructure, ensuring our HR systems foundations are stable and flexible supporting our people through hire to retire business processes as we continue to grow globally. This role combines the area of process excellence, systems insight, and the drive to enhance operational capabilities. The position will lead systems enhancements efforts and provide technical support as a key HR resource across the organization, collecting, clarifying, and translating business requirements into documentation, conceptual design and configuration.

II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Collaborate with internal partners across all functions (HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, etc. ) to maintain and develop processes that will result in an outstanding HRIS platform.
  • Manage enhancement projects across multiple HR functional areas, delivering common, reusable functionality where possible.
  • Lead HR component of system integrations between HRI S and other systems (SAP, LMS, Dayforce, etc.) and f unctional areas: O nboarding, Recruiting, Performance, etc.).
  • Review and analyze data trends to make recommendations and arrive at conclusions
  • P erform testing of system changes, requirements analysis and documentation for process improvement opportunities.
  • Work with other team members on o verall HR data flow, analytics, and reporting of people related data.
  • Develop documentation that adheres to governance and auditing needs.
  • Provide risk analysis to business partners for proposed solutions using expert judgment.
  • Demonstrate problem solving and decision-making capabilities to resolve systems issues.
  • Interact with HRIS vendor support partners as needed
  • Support general system access requests, security configuration and troubleshooting.
  • D eliver end-user training for new HRIS modules and/or system improvements.
  • Serve as POC for HR reporting data, including requirements gathering, data escalations, and troubleshooting
  • Support successful HRIS integration of a ny newly acquired businesses via M&A .

III. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including direct experience with HRIS systems configuration, integrations and implementation/rollout of new and enhanced system offerings
  • Experience working with multiple human resource information systems
  • Project management experience preferred ( MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Understanding of HR operations, regulations and processes
  • Data management and integration knowledge across an enterprise platform.
  • Practical experience with the following applications such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP, Ceridian Dayforce (Payroll)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including leadership, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Ability to analyze, problem solve and clearly communicate observations and recommendations
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing organization or portfolio company
