I: Job Summary

EPDG Quality Trainer is responsible for supporting all administrative aspects of the site training system in the areas of GXP compliance and technical capabilities development. The primary deliverables of this position are to ensure GXP compliance, minimal employee downtime, and to support the business in the coordination of their training needs through a positive customer experience.

II: Responsibilities
  • Administer Emergent's learning management system to ensure that all records are maintained in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
  • Build, maintain and deploy training plans, training assignments and curriculum design for employees through the learning management system.
  • Coordinate training events through coordination of logistics, administration, and documentation preparation of site-based initiatives with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation/finalization of training materials, including e-learning, and support the Manager, Global Quality Systems Training in the facilitation of global training.
  • Work in collaboration with other site training teams, leverage best practices and content to ensure consistent employee experience and content delivery.
  • Maintain training file documentation and archiving for employees, and as well as ensure content in the learning management system is up to date and relevant to the changing needs of the business.
  • Generate reporting to identify opportunities for gap identification and continuous improvement.

III: Education, Experience & Skills

Minimum Requirements
  • BS degree with 2 years in a regulated industry and 1 years of training experience

or

High School diploma with 5 years in a regulated industry and 3 years of training experience.
  • Experience with electronic learning management, document management, non-conformance, CAPA, and change control systems
  • High understanding of regulations governing training and qualification of individuals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex subjects (orally and written) with all levels of personnel at multiple company locations
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • High understanding of training procedures and techniques; (i.e. training facilitation, presentation skills, instructional design and curriculum development, adult learning theory and delivery)


Preferred Requirements
  • Visual Basic Programming capabilities.
  • Administrative experience with the SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Veeva Vault Document Management System.
