Purpose:
Lead small to medium size technology design in support of global desktop management. Applies IT and business knowledge with experience/research to design an IT solution for a business/client problem. Acts as a liaison between IT and various business/client areas in support of global desktop management technology design. May assist working with senior analyst or team lead in larger scale more complex technology designs.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. Follow Best Practices and identify process improvements.
  • Define business requirements for small/medium size complex technology design translation of requirements into appropriate IT desktop solutions.
  • Perform work using existing standards, methodologies, tools and processes, understand other software/business processes relationship/dependencies to each other.
  • If required develop Project Charter, project plans, project work plan (WBS), process maps and all other project and quality deliverables determined by management and IVRB/EVRB.
  • Communicate project progress to all appropriate stakeholders proactively. Also, provide project status reports for all active technology design projects semi-monthly.
  • Prepares, assist in development and may conduct client training.
  • Complete projects/ tasks within time and budget constraints. Document and mitigate technology design project issues and risks. Effectively monitor and control project scope and budget. Escalate when appropriate to management.
  • Partner/collaborate with IT and clients. Build good working relationship with clients; readily resolve issues.
  • Determines technology design project requirements, objective and scope and the development of project work plan and other required project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Industry Certifications preferred.
  • 4-7 years of experience.
  • Must have a broad knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux based Systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows 10, MacOS, Linux, Active Directory, Wise Package Studio, Symantec Management Platform, VB .net, C#, Visual Basic Script, PowerShell, VMWare, Microsoft Office 365 in an Exchange environment required, MS AutoPilot, MS SQL, Beyond Trust , Bomgar, NexThink.
  • Data aggregation, analysis, interpretation and presentation from different systems.
    Knowledge of Windows registry, DLLs, and other internal functional mechanics
